Where can I feedback if I am not satisfied with the generated video results? Can I get my wasted credits back?
On the video details page, there is a feedback button. By submitting your feedback about unsatisfactory results, we will review it, and you may receive a credit refund for that task. You can also email us to provide your feedback.
What is the maximum video length supported for generated videos?
The maximum video length supported depends on your subscription plan. Free Plan allows up to 15 seconds, Lite Plan allows up to 1 minute, Pro Plan allows up to 3 minutes, and Advanced Plan and above allow up to 10 minutes.
What aspect ratios are supported for video creation?

You can turn on the Green Screen Feature in generation. A Green Screen Video is a video where the background is filled with a solid green color, making it easier to isolate the person in the foreground. You can import this video into editing tools like CapCut to replace the green background with another image or video of your choice. You need to subscribe to at least Pro Plan to use the Green Screen Feature. Using Green Screen Feature costs 1 extra credit per minute of video length, with a minimum charge of 1 credit.
What is an HD Video and how do I use it?
An HD Video is a video with a 720p resolution. You can turn on the HD feature in generation. You need to subscribe to at least Pro plan to use the feature. Generating HD Video costs 1 extra credit for every 15 seconds of video length, with a minimum charge of 1 credit.
How can I control the emotions or expressions of the person in the video?
You can control the emotions and expressions of the person in the video by selecting from various options such as cheerful, angry, marketing, news, or singing, which are designed to be suitable for different scenarios, allowing you to tailor the video to your specific needs.
Will the videos I create be visible to others?
No, the videos you create are only visible to you. However, if you share the generated video, others will be able to see it by the share link.
How can I delete a video I created?
You can delete a video by going to the video detail page and clicking the delete button. Please note that deletion cannot be reverted.
How many tasks can I submit simultaneously?
The number of concurrent tasks you can submit depends on your plan: free users can submit 2 tasks, Lite users can submit 3 tasks, Pro users can submit 4 tasks, and Advanced and above users can submit 6 tasks.
Why is my task queued?
Although we strive to fulfill the computing power for our users, your task may be queued due to limited resources during the peak of requests. Tasks are queued based on priority, with higher-tier subscription plans receiving higher priority.
Can I modify the title of the video?
AI automatically generates a title for each created video, which can be renamed on the video details page. The downloaded file will be named according to the video title and the creation date for easy management.
How can I improve the generation result of my video?

Use high-quality audio for speech, and select the appropriate emotions and expressions for your character. Lip sync tends to perform better with smiling expressions. In most cases, this issue is on the user's side. Please check your internet connection to ensure it is stable. We recommend using mainstream browsers like Chrome or Safari to access our website and download videos, as some less common browsers may have compatibility issues.
